How does Horo ID work?
Horo ID uses advanced AI-powered image recognition to analyze photos of watches. Our engine compares the image against an extensive database of timepieces to identify the brand, model, and other details. Premium users also receive authenticity indicators and market value estimates.
What is the difference between free and premium?
The free version allows you to access your previously saved scans. A premium subscription unlocks unlimited new identifications, complete watch details, authenticity checks, market pricing information, and the ability to maintain your watch collection history.
How accurate is the identification?
Our technology provides high accuracy for popular and luxury watch brands. The clearer the image, the better the results. For optimal identification, take photos in good lighting with the watch face clearly visible.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Horo ID, and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
Why did the identification fail?
This could be due to several reasons: an inactive subscription, an unclear image, or a watch model that is not yet in our database. Try taking another photo with better lighting and a clearer view of the watch face.
